Assistive Collection Services

If you unable to bring your carts to the curb due to a sensory, mental, or physical impairment, you may qualify for assistive collection services.

This service is available to customers who are unable to physically carry their carts and bins to the curb due to a physical handicap, disability, or infirmity, in cases where all other criteria is met and no other resident of the household is capable of carrying the carts and bins to the curbside.

Waste must still be brought to the customer’s carts and bins prior to servicing. At the time of service, a Waste Connections employee will move the carts and bins to the curb, empty them, and return them to their previous location to the best of their abilities.

To inquire more about this service and to apply, please call 360.892.5370 or email customerservice2010@wcnx.org.
