If your service was missed because of extreme heat on Monday 6/28 please see the information below:
If you subscribe to weekly garbage or recycling and were missed on Monday 6/28 please set out double your standard service level on Monday 7/5. If you subscribe to every other week garbage and you were missed on 6/28 please set out your standard service level on your off week on 7/5 at no charge. If you subscribe to every other week recycling or yard debris/organics please set out double your standard service level on Monday 7/12.

MON-FRI 2/15-/19 CUSTOMERS – For the week of February 15th-19th weather permitting, we will be operating all routes on a one day delay. Please have your carts out by 6:30AM. You will receive a phone call with instructions. Please stay tuned here for up to date information.
MONDAY CUSTOMERS -> SET OUT FOR TUESDAY 2/16 PICKUP
TUESDAY CUSTOMERS -> SET OUT FOR WEDNESDAY 2/17 PICKUP
WEDNESDAY CUSTOMERS -> SET OUT FOR THURSDAY 2/18 PICKUP
THURSDAY CUSTOMERS -> SET OUT FOR FRIDAY 2/19 PICKUP
FRIDAY CUSTOMERS -> SET OUT FOR SATURDAY 2/20 PICKUP (FRI customers can place out double your service level on 2/20 due to cancellation on 2/12)
*** Drivers will make every attempt they can to safely service everyone based on the modified schedule above. Service is dependent upon road, curb, and parking lot conditions at the time and those will vary widely depending on location and elevation. In the event conditions prevent the driver from being able to service your can or container, you will get a follow up call to advise of the new service expectations.***
