Yard debris service is available to residents throughout most of Clark County. By separating out yard debris instead of putting it in the garbage, you are reducing what we landfill and helping create nutrient-rich compost.
Every autumn, leaves pile up and you may be asking yourself, what do I do with all these leaves? To help residents take care of fallen leaves, City of Vancouver and Clark County offers their annual fall leaf coupons for FREE leaf disposal. The coupon is valid from October 1 through December 31, 2024.
Correct collection and disposal of leaves help prevent stormwater drains from being blocked, causing localized flooding. Please never rake or blow leaves into the street. Prevent pooling in storm drains by placing fallen leaves in your backyard compost, yard debris cart, organics cart, or using this leaf disposal coupon at one of the drop-off locations.
How to Use: Present the coupon at a participating drop-off location for up to 5 cubic yards of leaves ONLY – no bags. No trimmings, yard debris, or mixed loads.
