2026 Composter Recycler Volunteer Training
Are you interested in joining others with a passion for sustainability to help make a difference in our community? Apply now to become a volunteer with the Composter Recycler program!
Beginning Jan. 28, 2026, a series of free training classes will be held in-person 6-8 pm on Wednesdays, covering topics such as backyard composting, worm bin composting, green cleaning, recycling, food waste reduction and more.
Volunteers who complete the 8-week training will earn their “payback” service hours by representing the program at community tabling events and participating in other fun volunteer opportunities!
